Orders are delivered across serviceable Indian PIN codes. Delivery availability, timelines, and charges are confirmed during checkout.
Processing time
Standard products require 1–3 business days for processing. Personalised, energised, or made-to-order products may require additional time.
Delivery charges
Checkout provides free shipping above ₹999 and a ₹99 charge below that threshold.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, an unboxing video, and clear photographs.
Returns and replacements
Eligible products, exclusions for customised or used spiritual items, return timelines, and who bears return-shipping costs are listed in your order confirmation.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Consultation cancellations follow a separate rescheduling and refund rule.
